How we use your data when you contact us, book a service or browse our website.
Data controller
VD LUXURY FRANCE, 21 avenue de Messine, 75008 Paris, is the controller for the processing described on this page.
No data protection officer has been appointed.
Emails and calls
When you write to booking@vd-luxury.com, the information you include in your email is used to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare or follow up a service. Emails are handled with Gmail, a Google service.
When you call us, the information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry or arrange a service. Calls are not recorded.
Purposes and legal bases
When you request a quotation or prepare a booking for yourself, the necessary data is used to take the pre-contractual steps you request. When you are a party to the service contract, the data necessary to arrange and perform it is processed on the same contractual basis (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Issuing invoices and retaining accounting records meet our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR), including the retention requirement under Article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
For other enquiries, we use the contact details and information needed to reply and follow up the exchange. This is based on our legitimate interest in handling the enquiries we receive (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). This use is limited to following up your enquiry, which you can reasonably expect when contacting us. You may object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Online booking
The booking button opens V&D Luxury’s Way-Plan portal in a new tab. Way-Plan, published by Waynium, provides the form’s technical interface. No booking data is requested on these website pages; you enter it on the portal if you choose to submit a request there.
VD LUXURY FRANCE remains responsible for using booking data to assess your request, reply to you and arrange your service. Opening the portal does not transfer that responsibility to Waynium. Waynium’s published general terms include a personal data section covering, among other matters, processing on behalf of transport businesses (Article 8).

This website uses no analytics service, advertising pixel, tag manager, chat, CRM, CAPTCHA or advertising tool.
This cookie only remembers your language preference during the session. It does not track you for advertising purposes and does not require a consent banner. This information concerns this website, not any trackers that may be used on the Way-Plan portal.
Recipients
Authorised VD LUXURY FRANCE staff access the information needed to follow up requests and services. Requests entered on the portal pass through Waynium’s technical service.
Our email service uses Gmail, provided by Google. Emails and the data they contain are therefore processed using this service. Google states that it operates servers in different countries and describes data transfers, including outside the European Economic Area, in its documentation. You can read the information published by Google below.
Google’s information on data transfers
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., a company based in the United States. To display the pages, its servers receive technical connection data (IP address, browser, requested page) and may keep it in logs. This data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. Vercel states that it complies with the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Retention periods

Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, as well as portability where the applicable conditions are met. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
